Alessandra Lepri
The Founder and CEO, Alessandra Lepri, in 2002 began her professional career in international advertising companies: Saatchi&Saatchi and McCann Erickson.
After a Fundraising Master’s Degree in 2009, she then embraced the no-profit world and worked for 3 years in AMREF, African Medical Research Foundation.
In 2013 she founded HAMELIN Onlus an NGO that every year handles fund-raising theatrical events in Milan and in Rome in order to support charities including Telethon, Ospedale Bambin Gesù, Save the Children and Médecins Sans Frontières.
The turning point for the funding of HEADSLab was her involvement in the TED and TEDx communities. She co-organized the 1st and 2nd edition of TEDxRoma in 2014 and 2015. In 2016 she was involved as Communication & Partner in TEDxBergamo.
Currently, she is the director of external relations for TEDxReggioEmilia, Licensee and Curator of TEDxTreTorriWomen Milano.
