What’s Next? #BeRadicallyInnovative. Celgene, Malta 2017
A buttom-up change of perspectives. A year-long learning journey on Innovation and Change by implementing 3 Innovation Matinée the Celgene’s. The result was that a thousands of employees developed a 5 years program for there own company.
Target: Entire staff, 1000 partecipans.
What we brought:
Convention in Malta with a think-lateral TED-style experience on robotics, culture of innovation and diversity on sport.
1 Master of Ceremony that moderated the press conference in front of internal key staff, journalists and external relations PR experts. The objective was to build a successful press review
